RETURNS AND SATISFACTION

For refunds, contact Kristin or Raevn directly and before washing or cutting the fabric. We offer refunds/replacements for a period of one week upon receipt of the fabric.  

Refunds/replacements are offered for:

-fabric received was less than the meters ordered, before washing (up to 10% shrinkage can be expected with some materials during the first wash)

-fabric had undisclosed flaws over 5mm (not along the selvedge, where some small flaws may occur with printing)

Please note that any custom printing process does include a small margin for color variation.  Occasionally fabric may have some small flecks of grey, or areas where there is slightly less color.  Criss X Custom Textiles is committed to transparency and thus will ensure that advertising and order photos are of actual printed product.  Small discoloration, particularly along the selvage, is expected; large white patches and gaps is not expected, and will not be sold without disclosure of the printing.

Criss X Custom Textiles does not cover any fabric that has been cut and/or sewn. Please do not post inquiries or errors on the group wall. We aim to respond to all PM’s and inquiries within 48 hours, however, please feel free to tag an admin on the FaceBook wall if you do not receive a response.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping which is needed for a replacement or refund (excluding missing fabric). If a replacement fabric is not available you will be offered a refund or a different print of your choice. Criss X Custom Textiles does not cover packages that say delivered but are claimed to be missing, this is a shipping issue and should be addressed with Canada Post.
